29 October 2015: Motion to Dismiss the Claim for Restitution of the Guelph Treasure filed in New York District Court by the Federal Republic of Germany and the Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation

The Motion to Dismiss the suit of the heirs of the four dealers who sold the Guelph Treasure or Welfenschatz to Germany in 1935 was filed in the New York courts on 29 October by the defendants, the German State and the Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation which has possession of the Treasure.
