Summary
This
was one of two decrees that implemented Law No. XXV of 15 November 1946 on
the Condemnation of the Persecution that befell Hungarian Jews and on the
Mitigation of its Consequences. The decree regulated the activities of the fund
set up under Law No. XXV. The fund was named the National Jewish
Restoration Fund.
