Description
The Louis Alexander Gallery was founded by Louis Alexander Cohn. The records includes gallery correspondence, exhibition catalogues, newspaper cuttings and artist files. Most of the material relates to an exhibition of American drawings held in the Gallery in the autumn of 1962. The exhibition included work by Al Copley, Ross Coates, Charles S. DuBack, William Giles, David Packard, Leo Rabkin, and Athos Zagharias.
