The United States Holocaust Memorial Council is the organization which oversees the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, which was part of the conference staff for the Washington Conference on Holocaust-Era Assets held 30 November-3 December 1998 in Washington, D.C.

Members of the Council who attended the Washington Conference include, besides the speakers below, Rossitta Kenisberg, Rosalie Lerman, Jean Rosensaft, and Menachem Rosensaft.
