The Holocaust (Return of Cultural Objects) (Amendment) Act 2019 received Royal Assent on 4 July 2019. The Act repeals the sunset clause of the 2009 Act which gave powers to named UK national museums to return Nazi looted works of art if recommended to do so by the UK Spoliation Advisory Panel for a period of ten years.
