Description
The Commission for Looted Art in Europe (ECLA), set up in 1999, is a non-profit, expert representative body which researches, locates and recovers looted cultural property for families, communities and institutions worldwide. It also negotiates restitution policies and procedures with governments, museums, libraries and the art trade internationally.
